How do I make a purchase?
It’s simple, click on the item you like and “Add to Cart” or use the Search bar and key in your suggested keywords to check for the items you want. For example: 3D Wallpapers, Mural Wallpapers, Living Room Wallpapers, and Brick Wallpapers etc. After adding to cart, you can click on the basket icon to view your items, and then click “Checkout” to proceed to the payment section where you will be prompted for Shipping and Payment information. You will then need to complete your purchase either by PayPal or a Credit Card. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.

Walling Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal. We perhaps may consider money order and checks in the future.
What is the currency for all prices?
Our default currency is quoted in US Dollars; however we have included our trading currencies to save you the stress of conversion to your preferred currency. Our website does the conversion in line with real-time market rates. During Checkout, payment still remains in US Dollars.

What is your refund policy?
If you require your order sooner, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. In many cases, we can expedite your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. How do I know the exact measurement of your wallpapers?

How do I know the exact quantity of wallpaper I would need for my wall?
It’s advisable to take proper measurement of the wall area you intend to cover. Use a tape rule to measure in centimeters or meters and convert to square meters. You can as well ask a professional (Anyone that is good with the tape) to help you take measurement if you’re not sure.
Do you have other installation accessories or tools?
We offer other complementary tools like wall scrappers, knives and adhesives when purchasing your wall covering. You can as well request for these items separately and they will be shipped.
Do you provide wallpaper installation services?
Unfortunately we don’t offer such services at the moment. We suggest you download our wallpaper installation guide on the website homepage at no cost to you. You may also wish to hire an expert if you want to outsource this service.

What if I find catalog or website errors?
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.
What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Packages” before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim.

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
